NSWWSDA Risk Assessment Sheet - Trial Organisers are encouraged to do the Assessment before their trial and return the form to secretary@nswworkingstockdogs.org.au .
NSWWSDA Incident Report Form - Trial Organiser must fill this form in immediately if there is an incident and forward it to secretary@nswworkingstockdogs.org.au
Membership Form Current 1 July 2026
Results Sheet : Return the results sheet and score sheets to pointscoresecretary@nswworkingstockdogs.org.au at the completion of your trial. Please ensure the number of dogs counted only inlcude the dogs that entered and competed for each event. At most trials maiden and novice events are run in conjunction - in this situation it is important that you count only the maiden dogs. Keep the novice dogs separate. If your counts are incorrect it could result in someone gaining an advantage for points by the end of the year. It is also a requirement for Trial Organisers to send not only the RESULT SHEET but also the SCORE SHEETS to enable a double check on the dogs entered.
