The operations of the NSW Working Stock Dog Association are governed by it's constitution. The NSWWSDA adopted the Model Constitution (with one amendment) as provided by NSW Fair Trading when it was established in 2006. The amendment allows the association to transact business, at both annual general and ordinary meetings, which is specified in the meeting notice, as well as business brought forward by members from the floor.
